Think about it—accessibility, safety, commute, and even the cost are all influenced by where you decide to call home sweet home. Depending on your unique lifestyle, some factors may hold more weight than others.
Transportation
Your mobility is a key factor to consider when deciding where to live! If you work remotely living slightly off the beaten path could work for you, but if you commute to work, you’ll want to live somewhere with easy access to major highways and public transportation.
At Sequoia you’re just a 4-minute walk to the Turner Mill Rd. & Daniels Canyon bus stop, and only half a mile from both Main Street and Highway 189. Sequoia is a 35-minute commute to Provo and a 30-minute commute to Park City.
Proximity to Schools
As you consider your apartment options, investigate the nearby schools. Living close to good schools helps you spend less time commuting and provides opportunities for learning and growth right at your doorstep.
Sequoia is part of the Wasatch School District, with residents attending Daniels Canyon Elementary, Timpanogos Middle School, and Wasatch High School.

Pet Policy
Whether or not you have pets it’s important to know if pets are allowed in the community you are living in. Some properties only allow certain breeds and sizes of pets, some require pet rent or a pet deposit, and some do not allow pets at all.
Sequoia is pet friendly! We allow a max of two pets under 70lbs that must be house trained. We require a $45 monthly pet rent per pet, a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and a $300 refundable pet deposit. Breed restrictions apply.
Parking
Does your apartment offer off-street parking, covered parking, or a parking garage? You also will want to know if parking passes are required and monitored.
We have permit-only on-site parking, and tucker under garages that can be reserved for an additional fee.

A rental agreement for an apartment is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenant that details the rules and conditions of renting the apartment. Our hours are Monday – Tuesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, Thursday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, and closed Sunday.
